$10.00 per dozenWe are very passionate about our chooks! They free range amongst our sheep & cattle under the watchful eyes of our working dogs, headed by Teddy the Maremma. Free ranging also helps reduce insects throughout our olive & truffle groves, maintaining a healthy ecosystem as well as our chooks’ health and well-being.
We divide our chickens into 2 flocks. The first — are our hard-working egg layers. We collect eggs twice a day with egg colors ranging from pink, light & dark brown to blue, green and olive, not to mention some speckles. The eggs are so unique due to our mixed breeding program with a variety of birds such as Olive and Easter Eggers, Araucana, and Wyandottes to name a few, making our Rainbow Eggs a must have. Our second group of birds are our Heritage Chickens whom we breed true to variety, including Plymouth Rock, Maran, and Brahma.
You are always welcome to visit our farm to hang out with the chooks and collect some fresh eggs!
