Gourmet Salt

We love cooking and we often like to spicy it up with a mixture of herbs and just a pinch of salt. With all the ingredients needed growing in our paddock, we started making our favorite salt combinations and slightly expanded the mixtures. We liked them, our friends and family did too, so we added salts to our product list. Just a pinch of salt mixed with herbs will be a perfect ingredient to add to any dish to enhance its unique flavor.

Australian Sea Salt

Using the freshest ingredients from our big back yard, this unique spice blend is made with our homegrown Garlic, Rosemary and Black Pepper using Australian Sea Salt as a base.

With an intense flavor of our homegrown French Black Truffle, this salt is an exceptional addition to your cooked eggs, pasta or risotto.

This mix will not only add some heat to your dish, but it will also quickly become an indispensable spice blend you will use time and time again.

Himalayan Pink Salt

Our homegrown crushed garlic with the aromatic rosemary and spicy pepper will elevate your food to the next level of flavor.

Our homegrown French Black Truffle salt will add an exquisite truffle aroma to your meal, with a beautiful touch of pink.

Just a pinch of this colorful combination with its unique and strongly flavored ingredients will add a mouth-watering flavor to any dish.

Farm Stay

We would like to welcome you to our beautiful hidden valley of green pastures, nestled among the Wollondilly river and forested hills. If you would like a change of scenery and to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the tranquility of birds singing, kangaroos passing by, fresh country air and starry skies that come alive by night, we have just the place for you! Here you can sit on the verandah for hours, stretch out for a walk, relax by the calming waters of Wollondilly River or cook up a meal with the freshest ingredients from our garden.
